There are a few differences between business contracts and private contracts.

The main difference is VAT. Both contracts have VAT added, but on a business contract it's calculated separately.

Many businesses can claim VAT back. Private customers have the VAT included in the monthly price, because they can't claim it back.

Sometimes, there may be a slightly cheaper private deal, if you get mileage or car allowance at work.
